Yoti is both the technology provider and data controller for Post Office EasyID. Yoti is responsible for safely encrypting your details, verifying your identity during account creation and developing the app.
That’s why Yoti’s customer support team can answer any questions you have about EasyID – they have an in-depth knowledge of the whole process and can assist you if you experience any technical issues.
If you are adding details to your EasyID and are told you have an email or photo “already in use”, you’ll need to join a quick video call with customer support so they can assist you.
The app will prompt you with a template email you can send to them directly and they will already know what to do. You’ll be provided with a link to the video call and when you join, the customer support team member will show you their Yoti employee badge. This video call should take less than five minutes.
